Santa Booking & Community Outreach Coordinator (Part-Time Contract) Overview The Light Media & Publishing Group and Brother Claus LLC are seeking a friendly, organized, and results-oriented outreach professional to help schedule Lou Claus (a professional Santa performer featured on The Tonight Show) for holiday appearances throughout November and December. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, making professional outbound calls, and helping create memorable experiences for children, families, schools, and community organizations. This is not a telemarketing position. We are looking for someone who can represent our organization professionally and help establish long-term relationships. Contact organizations from our existing prospect lists. Introduce Lou Claus and our holiday programs. Schedule meetings and Santa appearances. Follow up by email and telephone. Maintain accurate CRM records. Coordinate appointments using Google Calendar and Calendly. Track outreach activities and provide weekly progress reports. Help identify new opportunities within schools, libraries, corporations, hospitals, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations. Professional telephone manner. Experience in appointment setting, business development, customer success, fundraising, or event coordination. Organized and dependable.
