3D Scan Cleanup and Vector Template Creation

I am looking for a designer experienced with Adobe Illustrator, vector tracing, and technical templates. I have a 3D scan (OBJ/STL) of an eyewear frame and need it converted into a clean vector template suitable for creating adhesive vinyl overlays.
