As a Seasoned VA and Scheduler Dispatcher, you will: - Serve as a primary point of contact for and liaison between customers, technicians, and management. - Collaborate and establish schedules and plans. - Monitor the change control process, identify the schedule impact of proposed changes, and incorporate those impacts into the work plan. - Maintain up-to-date schedules and reschedule work as necessary. - Receive calls/emails/texts and record significant information in ticketing & database software. - Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions. - Receive and dispatch service requests. - Route and plan schedules for Field Service Technicians - Identify potential schedule delays and facilitate intervention as needed. - Monitor daily Draft Beer Technicians’ performance and schedules. - Conduct root cause analysis if there are any anomalies, and execute an action plan to resolve the issues on time - Administrative tasks and projects - Monitor and update the status of work requests within territories, including but not limited to quoting, ordering material, and pricing. Role Requirements: - A minimum of three (3) years’ continuous experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Service or Technical Support Representative or equivalent - Experience scheduling and dispatching - Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Calendar, Meet, etc.) - Prior General Virtual Assistant experience is preferred - Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus - Must be willing to work Central US Business Hours - Excellent English communication skills, verbally and in writing About You To be successful in this role, you must have: - Solid Leadership Skills — Ability to guide and influence others for improved efficiency and achieving company goals. - Excellent Customer Service Skills — Ability to maintain good relationships with the clients by providing quality service and showing professionalism in every client interaction - Problem-Solving Skills — Ability to spot when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong, and the ability to provide and execute solution/s - Excellent Time Management and Flexibility — Ability to follow your daily schedule and put in the hours needed to meet the demands of our clients - High Integrity, Attention to Detail, and Self-Motivation — Ability to complete tasks thoroughly with little to no supervision, and adhere to company/state policies and regulations IMPORTANT: INTERVIEW REMINDER Our interviews and assessments are designed to evaluate your own communication, problem-solving skills, experience, and judgment.
