We are looking for a reliable, confident, professional, and technology-comfortable person based in Ghana—preferably in the Volta Region—to support Scholarstika during the GNAPS (Ghana National Association of Private Schools) conference taking place in the Volta Region. Scholarstika is a modern school-management platform that helps schools coordinate administration, academic records, attendance, parent communication, student and staff information, reporting, and fee collection visibility and payment tracking through one secure digital system. The person should communicate clearly, present themselves well, learn quickly, and be comfortable engaging school proprietors, headteachers, administrators, bursars, and other senior education stakeholders. Their main responsibility would be to remain at the Scholarstika exhibition booth, welcome visitors, introduce and explain the platform, guide interested participants through short demonstrations, distribute brochures, answer basic questions, and accurately capture the contact details of those requesting further information or a private follow-up demonstration. I expect to attend and handle most of the wider event coordination, but the person should also be dependable enough to manage the booth and represent Scholarstika professionally if I am temporarily unavailable or unable to attend.
