School Teachers - Educational Content Reviewer (Remote, Project-Based Collaboration)

We are looking for currently active classroom teachers based in Serbia and Albania to support the development and review of digital video lessons. This is a remote, project-based collaboration (approx. 20 hours per month) aligned with the Serbian and Albanian National Curriculum. This role does NOT involve live teaching or direct work with students. 🚨 CRITICAL REQUIREMENT (Please read before applying): Active School Experience is MANDATORY: You must currently be working in a registered school environment in Serbia/Albania. NOT ELIGIBLE: Candidates whose experience is limited only to private tutoring, freelance coaching, or teaching English language will not be reviewed. Required Subjects (Primary & Secondary Levels): We need educators specializing in one or more of the following: - Mathematics - Serbian/Albanian Language & Literature - Biology / Chemistry / Physics / Natural Sciences Main Responsibilities: Review Lesson Scripts & Videos: Ensure pedagogical quality, correct terminology, and alignment with the NAT curriculum. Provide Feedback: Suggest improvements for clarity, pacing, and student engagement. Requirements: Current classroom teaching experience in Serbia/Albania High attention to detail and ability to give constructive feedback. Language: Native/Fluent Serbian/Albanian. Basic written English is sufficient (using translation tools for communication is perfectly fine).
