School Visit Representative - Paid Per School, No Sales, Appointments Already Booked (Australia)

Kings International runs English and Mathematics olympiads for school students. We operate in 17+ countries and we're preparing to launch in Australia - www.kingsolympiad.com Before we launch, we want to understand the landscape on the ground. We need 2–3 local representatives in Australia to each visit 25 primary and middle schools in their own city and introduce us to the school. We're hiring in: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide. --- What actually happens at each school - step by step: 1. You arrive at a school where an appointment is already booked by us. The staff member (usually a deputy principal, curriculum coordinator, or head of maths) is expecting you at that time and knows why you're coming. 2. You introduce yourself and say you're representing Kings International. 3. You explain in 2–3 minutes what we are: an international English and Maths olympiad, active in 17+ countries, launching in Australia soon, and that Stage 1 is free for schools and students. 4. You explain that we're doing a short landscape study before launch, and you ask a set of questions we give you in advance. 5. You note down their answers on your phone. 6. You leave a printed one-pager and you leave. Done. That's the whole job. There is no pitch, no pricing conversation, no closing, no follow-up. You are not asking the school for anything — Stage 1 is free, so you're the person bringing something. --- Time and logistics: - 15–20 minutes inside each school. - 15–25 minutes travelling between schools we cluster the schools so they're close together. - 5–6 visits per day, about 5 working days total. You tell us which days suit you. - All schools are in your own city and area. We build the route around where you're based. You are not travelling intercity. - We book every appointment in advance. You receive the complete schedule - school name, address, contact person, time before day 1. You never cold-knock a door. - We give you the full brief, the question list, the printed materials, and a 20-minute onboarding call. Plus a quick check-in call each evening if you want one. --- How the work is tracked: You are paid for every school you enter, tracked by your check-in at the school. Not by what the school says. Not by whether they sign up. Not by how complete the notes are. The school's reaction is the data we're collecting - a "no thanks" is as useful to us as a "yes", because we're measuring response rates across the market. So there is genuinely nothing to sell and nothing you can get wrong. You're a good fit if: - You're based in one of the five cities above and know your area - You're friendly and comfortable talking to school staff for 15 minutes - You're organised enough to keep track of who you spoke to - You hold (or can obtain) a Working With Children Check / Blue Card Teaching or school experience is a plus, but not required - we provide all materials, a full brief, and weekly check-in calls.
