Scientific Integrity Analyst / Research Integrity Specialist (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities: - Review scientific images and figures for potential duplications, manipulations, and integrity concerns. - Perform graphical and textual analysis of content submitted for publication. - Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations. - Assist with investigations related to corrections, expressions of concern, and retractions. - Maintain and organize image databases and related documentation. - Utilize internal analysis tools and follow established quality assurance procedures. - Support publication integrity and research ethics initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: - PhD in a scientific discipline (Biology, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields). - Experience publishing, reviewing, or editing scientific manuscripts. - Familiarity with research integrity, publication ethics, and image analysis. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle irregularities in scientific figures. - Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop. - Ability to manage large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy. - Strong written communication and report-writing skills. - Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
