Screenwriter for Sci-Fi TV Pilot

I am looking for a creative screenwriter to develop the first screenplay draft of an approximately 90–100-minute pilot episode for an original science-fiction series. The world, characters, central storyline, and creative direction are already established. I will provide a clear foundation with everything needed to write the episode. This is not a translation job or a request to invent an entirely new concept. The aim is to turn my existing material into a cinematic first draft that I can continue developing and rewriting afterward. I would love to work with someone who writes visually, has a feeling for natural dialogue, tension, atmosphere, and emotional character moments, and can respect an established vision while still bringing their own creative instincts to the screenplay. Professional credits are not required, and beginners or emerging writers are very welcome. As an aspiring writer myself, I know how difficult it can be to prove what you are capable of before someone gives you an opportunity. Talent, imagination, dedication, and a genuine passion for storytelling matter far more to me than an extensive résumé. I am hoping for a friendly and collaborative working relationship with honest communication, mutual respect, and a shared excitement for creating something special. Because this project means a great deal to me and is still in development, confidentiality is important. Before sharing any project-specific material, I will ask the selected writer to sign a separate confidentiality, intellectual-property, and non-use agreement. The project information, materials, characters, story elements, and resulting work may not be shared, published, reused, adapted, pitched, or included in a portfolio without my written permission. Only the material needed to write the pilot will be shared—not the complete project. I want the collaboration to feel open, enjoyable, and creative while ensuring that the project remains protected for everyone involved.
