Script Writer + Researcher

I create editorial-style videos, mostly 60 seconds or under, and I need someone who can do the research and writing to support that. Here's how the workflow goes: I'll give you a topic or a person. You'll research everything there is to find on them. Then you'll write an outline, I'll approve it, you'll write the script. You'll also need to link out to every source you used. Clips, articles, interviews. If you found it, show me where. Beyond scripts, you'll be writing articles and potentially ghostwriting LinkedIn content in my voice. So you need to be able to switch between formats. What I'm looking for: - Strong research skills. You should be able to go deep on a person or topic and come back with the most interesting angles, not just the obvious ones. - A clean, conversational writing style. Short sentences. No corporate fluff. Write like a real person talks. - Experience writing short-form scripts or editorial content is a plus. - Someone who takes feedback well and doesn't need a lot of hand-holding once they understand the process.
