Script Writer for Guitar Lessons YouTube Channel

Hello! I'm looking for a script writer for long form YouTube videos on a guitar lessons YouTube channel. The target length of the script is more than 5 minutes, less than 15 minutes. The channel is https://www.youtube.com/@troyserson The videos are technical in nature, focused on teaching guitarists how to do things with their instrument. The purpose of making these videos is to have the audience download a free guide from me, or sign up for a 1 on 1 guitar lesson. The traffic from those two things has been negligible, so I'm sure that how I'm writing the scripts now can be improved. The ideal candidate... - Has experience writing scripts for YouTube videos for education based businesses - Plays guitar (even if at a basic level) so they understand what's being written - Can write with minimal supervision, and collaborate on more challenging pieces of the script - Has past results they can share showing before and after results of their script writing being implemented into a business Ability to grab attention, as well as motivate changes in behavior is a must (since the viewer needs to change behavior by playing the exercises on their instrument, or change behavior by opting in for my free guide) Experience with writing hooks, short form content, ads, and any other type of sales copy is considered an asset Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Thank you for your time, and looking forward to working with you! P.S. Re: AI / LLM usage I'm hiring a writer, not a prompter. AI tools can be used, as long as you disclose when they're used. I'd rather get messy bullet points from you on an application than you waste my time with 8 pages of generated non-human writing. If you're caught trying to pass off AI writing as your own, your contract will be terminated without explanation and I will negatively review the contract. If you use AI to write your application for this job, I will not read it, and I will discard it. I'm looking to hire a person, otherwise I'd just prompt scripts myself.
