Scriptwriter Needed – Script Rewriting & Proofreading (28–30 Scripts/Month)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Scriptwriter and Editor to join our content production team. In this role, you will not be writing scripts from scratch. Instead, your primary responsibility will be rewriting, polishing, and proofreading existing draft scripts to ensure they are engaging, grammatically flawless, and ready for production. If you have a sharp eye for pacing, hook optimization, and flow, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities Rewriting & Polishing: Take rough drafts or initial research concepts and rewrite them into high-retention, engaging scripts. Proofreading: Correct any grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and awkward phrasing. Tone & Flow Optimization: Ensure the script maintains a natural, conversational tone suitable for video format. Consistency: Deliver high-quality work consistently under tight deadlines. Volume & Commitment Volume: 28 to 30 scripts per month (approximately 1 script per day). Requirements Proven experience in scriptwriting, editing, or proofreading (experience with YouTube or video content is a major plus). Strong organizational skills and ability to hit daily deadlines consistently. Compensation Budget: $200 USD per month (Fixed monthly retainer).
