Scriptwriter for YouTube Channel

I'm launching a YouTube channel that translates nonduality and direct-experience philosophy into sharp, entertaining 10–15 minute videos — think the structural DNA of The Ezra Klein Show's essay-style videos: one governing framework applied simultaneously to a relatable cultural anchor and to a deeper idea, with a real turn in the argument, not a lecture. I'm the author of a book on this subject and have a fully worked-out philosophical framework. What I need is a writing partner who can help me turn that framework into scripts people actually want to watch. This is not a "send me a topic, get back a script" arrangement. I'm looking for a genuine creative collaborator — someone I can throw a half-formed idea at, argue with, and get pushed back from. You should be someone who can sit with an abstract concept, find the concrete hook that makes it land, and help build the narrative arc (cold open, framework reveal, pivot, stakes, close) the way a great essayist would, not just polish sentences.
