Summary

Firstly please do not be put off by the omission of rate as I have done this to be open and respectful of the expertise of an individual. As I require someone who will not only make the garments but is able to source materials with me and have open discussions, mock up designs. I would prefer to have a discussion in detail to ensure the rate is fitting for the work to properly compensate the individual. This is a big step for the future of my company and does mean this will be a permanent position for the right candidate. I work independently and would like this particular person to work closely with me in creating these designs.
