AI Search & Citation Specialist - AEO / Brand Reputation

I'm a US-based founder running a 7-figure e-commerce brand. I'm hiring ONE full-time specialist to own how my personal name and company brand show up in AI search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc). Right now a handful of false claims are getting picked up and cited by AI tools, and it's costing me sales. Prospects search during due diligence, hit the negative stuff, and hesitate... your job is to flip that. This won't be a little for many clients thing, you work only on my two brands and go deep... I give you a playbook and direction, I don't want to micromanage. What you'll do - Get accurate, positive content cited by AI search engines and push the false claims out of the frame - Build and strengthen the authority sources AI models pull from (Crunchbase, LinkedIn, Medium, Quora, quality directories, reviews) - Write genuinely good human content targeting branded queries (no AI sludge) - Technical SEO that supports AI citation: schema (Person, Organization, FAQPage), clean on-page, internal linking - Generate and manage legitimate reviews (Trustpilot, Google) - Track how the brand shows up across AI tools and send a clean monthly report on what moved Must have - experience with SEO, ideally with AEO / AI search or branded reputation work. - results showing before/after for a brand or name. - native-level written English. - comfort with schema, on-page SEO, and a rank tracker.
