SEARCH SPECIALIST (SEO + GOOGLE ADS) 📍 Full-Time · Remote · APAC Hours Preferred ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a hands-on Search Specialist to join our team and execute across SEO and Google Ads for a portfolio of 7+ websites in the transportation/charter industry. This is a production role — you'll receive strategy, task lists, and content briefs from our team and be responsible for consistent, high-quality output week over week. ➤ You won't be setting strategy. You'll be the person who makes strategy happen. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT YOU'LL DO ◆ SEO Production ✔ Publish and optimize pages across multiple websites using provided content briefs and keyword assignments ✔ Execute technical SEO fixes: noindex tags, 404 resolution, redirect implementation, missing meta tags, schema markup ✔ Build and optimize city/location pages at scale following established templates ✔ Conduct site audits and flag issues by priority (urgent, high, medium) ✔ Implement on-page SEO: title tags, headers, internal linking, image optimization ✔ Monitor and maintain Google Business Profiles across multiple locations ✔ Support link building campaigns: outreach, submissions, tracking ✔ Update and maintain website content (certificates, maps, service pages) ◆ Google Ads Management ✔ Monitor and maintain existing Google Ads campaigns (fundamentals already established) ✔ Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance data ✔ Troubleshoot campaign issues: disapproved ads, tracking errors, budget pacing ✔ Pull performance reports and flag anomalies ✔ Coordinate with Google Ads rep on account-level changes ◆ Reporting & Communication ✔ Join weekly team calls and provide status updates ✔ Complete weekly task checklists and flag blockers ✔ Document work completed for monthly QA reviews ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ✦ Required ▸ 3+ years hands-on experience in SEO (content optimization, technical SEO, local SEO) ▸ 2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display) ▸ Experience working across multiple websites simultaneously ▸ Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog or similar ▸ Proficiency with Google Ads interface and Google Analytics ▸ Strong written English — you'll be creating and editing web content ▸ WordPress experience (content publishing, basic site edits) ▸ Comfortable working independently from a task list with minimal supervision ✦ Preferred ▸ Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile management ▸ Experience with multi-location or franchise businesses ▸ Familiarity with schema markup implementation ▸ Experience with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools ▸ Background working with agencies or under agency direction ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW YOU'LL WORK ▸ Full-time, 40 hours/week, remote ▸ Structured task plan delivered each week/month by our strategy team ▸ Work reviewed monthly for quality and completeness ▸ Embedded in our team: access to internal tools, channels, and meetings ▸ Time zone preference: APAC (Australian business hours overlap required) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
