Seasonal Medicare Enrollment Specialist

BK Insurance is seeking licensed Seasonal Medicare Enrollment Specialists to assist clients during the 2026 Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). This remote seasonal position focuses on Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement enrollment support, client communication, plan reviews, follow-up assistance, and general enrollment-related support during the busy Medicare season. We are looking for experienced, dependable professionals who enjoy helping others and communicating clearly with clients by phone. This role is well suited for individuals seeking meaningful seasonal work where professionalism, patience, organization, and strong interpersonal communication are valued. Full-time hours are available during peak AEP months. Responsibilities Assist clients with Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement enrollment support Review Medicare plan options, benefits, provider networks, and prescription coverage with clients Conduct phone follow-up and client communication professionally and promptly Document client interactions accurately within CRM systems Assist with appointment scheduling and enrollment-related administrative tasks Maintain compliance with Medicare, CMS, carrier, and HIPAA guidelines Work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with the team during AEP Qualifications Active Health Insurance License required (any state) Medicare Advantage and/or Medicare Supplement experience preferred Prior AEP experience strongly preferred Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills Comfortable working remotely and using CRM/computer systems Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup Professional, dependable, patient, and client-focused attitude Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Schedule Seasonal position: August 2026 – December 2026 Monday through Friday Daytime schedule (Pacific Time preferred) Full-time availability preferred during peak enrollment season About BK Insurance BK Insurance is a Medicare-focused insurance agency serving clients primarily in Oregon and Washington.
