Summary

I'm planning on having some houses built for Second Life. Some will be furnished and some not. This job is for the first house and is unfurnished. I want to build a modern style house that will be rented out to Second Life users. Acceptance criteria: 1. A house in agreed upon style is delivered as 3d model files that can be imported into Second Life 2. 3d model has a reasonable number of polygons for Second Life. I can suggest a number if needed. 3. The house is textured If you want some examples of the style of house I'd like I can provide them, but I'm also open to any suggestions you might have.
