Seeking High Quality Embroidery Digitizing

I am looking for an experienced embroidery digitizer to convert a logo into a high quality embroidery file for production use. I would ideally like to have this completed today if possible. I am specifically looking for someone with real production embroidery experience, because honestly, embroidery files can look great in Wilcom previews but not always sew out the same in real production. I am specifically looking for someone with strong embroidery digitizing experience and a solid Upwork history. Quality is the priority here. I want the best. Please include examples of previous embroidery digitizing work, especially detailed logos or small text work if available. The budget listed is flexible depending on experience and quality level. I am mainly looking to find top level digitizing talent with proven results. Experience with Tajima machines, small lettering, and applique is preferred for future jobs.
