Looking for an independent email deliverability specialist for a short-term audit of our primary domain, sending subdomains, and email infrastructure. We have experienced recurring deliverability and inbox-placement issues and need a subject-matter expert who can identify the root cause, explain why the problems persist, and provide a clear remediation plan. The audit should include: - SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration and alignment - Main domain and subdomain reputation - Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, and ISP monitoring - Inbox-placement and seed-testing tools - Shared versus dedicated IP considerations - Bounce, complaint, block, and deferral patterns - List hygiene, suppression, and inactive-contact practices - Tracking domains, Return-Path configuration, and sending-platform setup - Separation of corporate, transactional, registration, and marketing email streams - One-click unsubscribe and bulk-sender best practices We are not looking for an email marketing agency or ongoing campaign management. This is a focused technical diagnostic engagement.
