Seeking Mobile App Developer / Technical Partner for Rescue Round MVP

I’m looking for an experienced mobile app developer to help build the MVP of Rescue Round, an Australian social impact app being created to support animal rescue organisations, shelters, wildlife carers and sanctuaries. Rescue Round is being built to help supporters turn everyday spare-change round-ups into regular ongoing donations for their chosen rescue organisation. The goal is to create a simple, trustworthy way for animal welfare groups to receive more consistent support for the never-ending costs of rescue, including food, vet care, supplies, transport, emergency cases and animals needing care behind the scenes. This is not just another app idea. I am building Rescue Round independently from the ground up, with the goal of creating a grassroots movement for animal rescue across Australia. I have been involved in rescue for many years and have seen how hard these organisations work with limited resources. I’m looking for a developer who understands the importance of building something reliable, secure and meaningful. The MVP flow, branding, user journey and front-end screen direction have already been mapped out. I have visual flow documents for the supporter side and rescue organisation side. The front-end concept is clear, but it now needs to be properly developed into a working mobile app with the required backend, integrations and admin functionality. The MVP must include the core payment and donation functionality from launch. This is essential. Key MVP requirements include: Supporter side: Sign up and sign in Choose a rescue organisation to support Connect bank account securely through Basiq or an Australian open banking/CDR-style integration Set round-up donation preferences and weekly cap Process donations/payments through Stripe or a suitable payment provider Supporter dashboard showing selected rescue, round-up status, donation totals and basic donation history Monthly donation statement/receipt access, with clear distinction between DGR and non-DGR organisations Rescue organisation side: Rescue organisation registration Organisation details and public profile setup Pending approval status Basic rescue dashboard Payout setup Manage public profile Share rescue updates Display basic donation/supporter totals received Admin side: Review and approve rescue organisations View supporter and rescue records Manage rescue status/public profiles View basic donation/payment records Basic platform management controls Required experience/skills: Mobile app development for iOS and Android Flutter, React Native, native app development, or another recommended mobile stack Firebase or similar backend/database User authentication and role-based access API integration Stripe/payment processing Basiq, open banking, CDR, banking APIs, fintech apps or secure account-linking experience Secure handling of user/payment-related data Basic admin dashboard development App Store / Google Play deployment Ability to review the current flow and advise on the best technical approach I am no longer locked into FlutterFlow.
