Seeking Power BI Expert to Troubleshoot Connection Issue

Summary

We are attempting to connect our Epicor Cloud environment to Power BI via an API key. One user has been able to establish a connection via a query and can reliably refresh/update and pull in data. However, another user on the network is being confronted with permission errors that is preventing them from running the same query and/or refreshing or editing the data. We don't believe this is an Epicor issue as the account used for Power BI to log into our environment is an account specifically made for Power BI, with the credentials shared amongst the Power BI users. However, although unnecessary, some knowledge of Epicor or API keys might be beneficial.
