Seeking a Sharp Strategic Operations & Investment Advisor

I’m currently looking for a high-caliber Strategic Operations & Investment Advisor with exposure to investment, finance, or startup environments** to work closely with me as I build a major education and investment project in the Gulf region. This is not a typical assistant role. I’m looking for someone who understands how investors think and can operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You should be: * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Extremely responsive and reliable * Strong in written communication (emails, briefs, summaries) * Proactive — able to take initiative without constant direction * Familiar with investment workflows, investor communications, or fundraising environments Key responsibilities: * Managing my schedule and priorities * Drafting emails and investor communications * Preparing meeting briefs, summaries, and materials * Following up with investors, stakeholders, and key contacts * Supporting organization of investor pipelines / CRM * Helping structure documents and workflows Details: * Remote role * Part-time (with potential to grow into a larger role) * Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) We are building something ambitious at the intersection of education and investment, and I’m looking for someone sharp, reliable, and hungry to grow.
