Summary

Llivo Corporation, a Texas C-Corp pre-seed startup in the travel technology industry, is looking for an experienced startup/corporate attorney to assist with corporate governance, founder/CEO restructuring, and investor negotiations while protecting the company's interests. Experience with startup financing, equity investments, SAFE/preferred stock, shareholder agreements, and fundraising is highly preferred. Remote engagement is welcome. We are looking to build a long-term relationship with an attorney who can support Llivo through future funding rounds and growth.
