Seeking a Technical Project Manager for Digital Platform MVP Strategy & Scoping

We are seeking a technical project manager to support initial strategy and scoping work for a digital platform MVP in the leadership development / professional training space. The Phase 1 MVP goal is to launch a simple self-serve digital learning platform where users can purchase access to leadership training modules, log in to view protected course content, and access supporting worksheets/resources. The first version should stay lean while being architected for future expansion into team access, enterprise packages, certificates, coaching, and admin reporting. The project includes comparable platform research, MVP feature prioritization, technical planning and recommendations, and pitch deck / client-facing strategy support. The goal is to define a clear Phase 1 MVP path before moving into a larger build. Deliverables include: * MVP scope summary * Comparable platform research notes * Feature prioritization * Initial technical/product recommendations * Pitch deck strategy support * Recommended Phase 1 roadmap
