I am helping my brother transition from a payroll operations background into Workday HCM / Workday Payroll roles. We are NOT looking for generic training institutes or prerecorded courses. We are specifically looking for an experienced Workday professional who currently works in: * Workday Payroll * Workday HCM * HRIS * Workday support/consulting * payroll systems The goal is mentorship and interview preparation. What we need help with: * Understanding realistic Workday career paths * Guidance on transitioning from payroll into Workday * Explaining real-world Workday terminology and workflows * Mock interviews * Resume positioning feedback * LinkedIn/networking guidance * Understanding what recruiters and hiring managers expect * Identifying skill gaps and learning priorities * Guidance on entry-level Workday/HRIS roles Preferred background: * Experience in Workday Payroll or HCM * Experience interviewing candidates * Experience mentoring junior professionals * Bonus if you transitioned from payroll or HR operations yourself Please include in your proposal: 1.
