The Social Marketing Lead is an execution-focused role — working from product briefs and channel maps to create content calendars and then producing and posting all content. This person runs the day-to-day Social presence, coordinates with the team on paid partnerships, and ensures every piece of content reflects the brief and the brand. This role is about quality, consistency, and execution. Core responsibilities - Receives the product brief and channel map and builds the finalized content calendar. - Produces and posts all content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring it reflects the brief and brand standards - Coordinates with the team to integrate creator content into the calendar and relevant content moments. - Tracks and reports content performance
