We are an organization seeking one (or more) individual with the following characteristics: - Deep practical technical expertise, with the ability to describe what you do in detail - to both general audiences and when probed with questions by experts with advanced overlapping expertise. - Advanced communication skills - ability to explain highly technical concepts to many different types of audiences. - An "owner-mindset", with the ability to describe in detail the decisions you've made from that place. Including how your decisions differentiated yourself from others. - It is not critical that you have sold relevant work yourself. If you have, this is especially interesting to us.
