Seeking long term bookeeper personal/business

I am seeking long term bookkeeper that will get my 2026 personal bookkeeping up to date . This will include assisting me in tracking my spending and keeping accurate records of childcare expenses , personal spending This will expand at some time this year to including a very small property business account - I am purchasing an income property and need you to manage the accounting for that as well. In the next month I want to get my bookkeeping tax prep sorted from beginning of year to date. Must be familiar with prep filing taxes in CA Hourly salary - once my bookkeeping is up to date I expect to update my books every 2 weeks. and add more hours as needed. Hoping to hire an ongoing long term bookeeper. Must be patient, knowledgeable and highly skilled.
