Seeking video and audio editor to turn live performance footage into 3-5 minute highlight reel

Hello! We have Canon c70 footage and audio from a live performance (about 30 minutes or so long) that we need edited into a 3-5 minute highlight reel. Some sound is synced but you may need to sync sound. Color grading will be needed. Audio editing (just enough to make it sound good as a live performance, not polished to studio standards) will be needed too. I'm open to pitches on pricing for this project since I have no idea what to offer - I will say that our budget is not big since this is not for profit it's a group personal art project for a free performance. But obviously we want something good enough to show so let me know what I can expect for the cost. Thank you!
