Senior Accountant Certified in Zoho Books + Zoho Billing

We run SaaS subscription billing on Zoho Billing and Zoho Books, with a hybrid US and Philippines team. We are looking for a senior, certified Zoho accountant to help us tighten up our subscription accounting, build accurate and reconciled reporting, and train our team to run the system correctly. What you'll do: - Review and optimize our Zoho Billing and Zoho Books setup for accurate, reconciled reporting. - Build reliable MRR, ARR, NRR, and churn reporting in Zoho Analytics with clear, traceable numbers. - Establish clean processes and SOPs for subscription billing and revenue. - Train our Philippines team on correct day-to-day use of Zoho. Once processes are solid, we anticipate an ongoing monthly engagement for financial reporting and reviewing our team's work in Zoho. Required: - Deep, proven expertise in Zoho Books and Zoho Billing (certification strongly preferred). - SaaS / subscription revenue accounting: MRR/ARR/NRR, subscription lifecycle, revenue recognition. - Strong Zoho Analytics skills for reconciled, traceable reporting. - Excellent English and the ability to train non-accountants clearly. Engagement: Consulting and training to start, with an ongoing monthly reporting engagement likely to follow. Some overlap with both US and Manila hours needed for live sessions. Start immediately.
