Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) Accounting Specialist – Multi-Entity Accounting Remote | Long-Term Opportunity | Transportation & Logistics Industry Sigma Transport Holdings is seeking an experienced accounting professional with proven Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) expertise to assist with the implementation, cleanup, optimization, and ongoing management of accounting operations across multiple transportation and logistics companies. This is not a bookkeeping or data-entry position. We are seeking a highly skilled accountant who understands multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, allocations, consolidations, reconciliations, reporting, and accounting process development within Intuit Enterprise Suite. About the Company Sigma Transport Holdings owns and operates multiple transportation and logistics companies, including FedEx Linehaul and Pickup & Delivery operations. Current entities include: * Sigma Transport Holdings * Sigma Continental Corporation * Sigma Transport-BING * Sigma Transport-LEHI We are implementing Intuit Enterprise Suite as our primary accounting platform and are building scalable accounting processes to support future growth. Current Project The initial project includes: * Approximately 10,000 historical transactions * Intuit Enterprise Suite implementation and optimization * Vendor standardization * Chart of Accounts standardization * Intercompany accounting setup * Allocation rule development * Historical transaction cleanup * Consolidated financial reporting * Process automation and workflow development Required Intuit Enterprise Suite Experience Applicants must have hands-on experience using Intuit Enterprise Suite and be able to demonstrate competency in: * Multi-Entity Hub * Consolidated Reporting * Intercompany Transactions * Intercompany Journal Entries * Due To / Due From Accounting * Allocation Methodologies * Entity-Level Reporting * Chart of Accounts Management * Vendor Management * Transaction Imports * Banking and Reconciliations * Financial Statement Preparation Applicants without meaningful Intuit Enterprise Suite experience will not be considered. Responsibilities * Configure and maintain accounting records within Intuit Enterprise Suite * Process and reconcile intercompany transactions * Manage Due To / Due From balances * Review and classify transactions * Maintain vendor records and Chart of Accounts * Assist with historical transaction cleanup * Build and maintain accounting rules and workflows * Support monthly financial reporting * Prepare account reconciliations * Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies * Assist with month-end and year-end close * Improve accounting processes and automation Required Qualifications * Minimum 5 years accounting experience * Advanced QuickBooks Online experience * Advanced Excel skills * Multi-entity accounting experience * Intercompany accounting experience * Strong understanding of accrual accounting * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal English communication Preferred * Transportation, trucking, fleet, or logistics accounting experience * CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent credentials * Accounting system implementation experience Application Requirements To be considered, your proposal must include: 1.
