Senior Affiliate Manager — Build Affiliate Channel from Scratch (Crafting/Digital Products)

We're a profitable subscription platform in the crafting/digital-design space (clipart, SVGs, print-ready assets) looking to build an affiliate channel from zero. Strong existing paid-acquisition engine; affiliate is a new channel we want to develop properly. We're looking for someone who has actually built an affiliate program from the ground up - not managed an existing one, not run affiliate as an affiliate, but stood one up from nothing: network selection, recruitment, tracking, payout structure, scaling. What you'd own - Network/platform strategy and setup - Affiliate recruitment and onboarding - Scaling the channel against clear CAC/LTV targets To apply - please answer these three questions directly (we'll filter on these, so be specific): - Which platform/network would you build on for a digital-subscription crafting product, and why that one over the alternatives? - How would you structure your own compensation — hourly, commission, or hybrid — and what does that look like concretely for a build-from-scratch engagement? - Our offer is a free trial (we'd likely cap affiliate payout but keep it attractive — e.g. ~$3 per trial).
