Senior AI Agent Engineer / AI Systems Architect Needed (LangGraph, OpenAI, RAG, AWS)

We are looking for an experienced AI engineer / architect to help design and build production-grade AI agent systems for real business operations — not just demos or prototypes. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the strategic and technical side of deploying AI systems in production environments. What We’re Building We are developing AI-powered workflows and agent systems that automate operational processes, integrate with business data, and support scalable production use cases. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across architecture, backend engineering, orchestration, and AI integration. Responsibilities • Design and implement AI agent workflows • Build scalable RAG and vector retrieval pipelines • Integrate OpenAI and Anthropic APIs • Develop orchestration systems using LangGraph or similar frameworks • Build backend services and APIs • Design production-ready infrastructure and observability • Help define AI architecture and technical direction • Optimize reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency Required Skills • Strong Python and/or TypeScript experience • Experience with OpenAI and Anthropic APIs • LangGraph, agent orchestration, or multi-agent systems • RAG architecture and vector databases • Node.js / Next.js backend development • PostgreSQL and data modeling • AWS, Azure, or GCP deployment experience • Production system design experience • API integrations and workflow automation Nice to Have • MCP experience • Observability and tracing tools • SaaS platform experience • AI workflow automation experience • Enterprise or regulated-industry experience What We’re Looking For We are not looking for someone who only builds quick AI demos.
