Senior Amazon Listing Specialist (2-Month Contract)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Amazon Listing Support Specialist to maintain the accuracy, compliance, and overall health of product listings across multiple Amazon marketplaces. This role is responsible for creating and updating listings, conducting audits, resolving listing and catalog issues, and coordinating with Account Managers and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Success in this role means completing tasks accurately and on time, maintaining reliable product data, and following listing issues through resolution. Roles and Responsibilities Listings Creation: Prepare flat file for listing creation of assigned brands in Amazon marketplaces and fix any listing creation error. Listings Update: Optimize the product listings through upload of contents, images, search terms, variations, etc. on Amazon and SellerCloud and ensure that changes are live on the Amazon detail page. Listings Audit: Regular audit of all assigned listings to ensure compliance with established guidelines. Issue Resolution: Efficiently fix any listing-related issues encountered for assigned brands and communicate effectively with Account Managers. Account Health: Monitor account health, stranded inventory, and suppressed listings daily. SOP Documentation: Create and maintain step-by-step instructions and documentation for unique issues and resolutions. Requirements At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon listing management or catalog operations. Strong proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, including flat-file uploads and variation management. Thorough understanding of Amazon listing policies and marketplace guidelines. Ability to investigate and resolve complex catalog issues and policy compliance conflicts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for bulk data management. Familiarity with Asana and SellerCloud is an advantage. Availability to work fixed EST hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday. Please note: This is not an entry-level position. The successful candidate will be expected to manage responsibilities independently from the start.
