Senior Architectural Visualization Artist for Luxury Villa Animation & Fly-Throughs

Senior Architectural Visualization Artist — Luxury Villa Animation & Post-Production Modern X Villas is seeking an exceptional architectural visualization artist or small studio to support the presentation of our modern luxury homes. We need top-quality work in two areas: 1. High-fidelity animated renders and cinematic fly-throughs for individual villas 2. Post-production enhancement of an existing set of approximately 50 finished renders We already have: * Revit models * Existing renderings * Material and finish direction * Architectural guidance from our BIM and design lead We are looking for a specialist who can elevate these assets into refined, immersive digital content. Our quality benchmark is the level of realism, polish, and restraint associated with studios such as The Boundary and Binyan Studios. SCOPE OF WORK Depending on the project, work may include: * Preparing and refining existing Revit-based models for visualization * Improving materials, lighting, landscaping, water, and atmosphere * Producing polished interior and exterior fly-throughs * Creating selected animated sequences and hero stills * Adding subtle environmental movement, including wind through plants, drapery movement, gentle water motion, shifting light, and atmospheric detail * Creating smooth cinematic camera movement, including controlled pans and transitions * Developing a pre-selected tour path from the exterior, through the home, and into key view corridors * Enhancing and post-producing approximately 50 existing rendered images * Color correction, compositing, material refinement, landscape enhancement, and final presentation polish * Editing, color grading, and final delivery We are not looking for concept design or generic rendering support. Accuracy to the approved architecture, visual restraint, and strong taste are essential. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * High-end residential or hospitality visualization * 3D real estate animation * 3D human characters animation * Photorealistic architectural animation * Strong post-production and image-finishing skills * Refined camera composition and pacing * Strong lighting, material, landscape, and atmospheric work * Experience working from Revit files * Professional editing, compositing, and color grading * Clear communication and dependable file management ENGAGEMENT We expect to begin with one villa and an initial post-production assignment. Strong performance may lead to ongoing work across the broader Modern X Villas collection.
