Objective Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified meetings for our UK Account Manager and leadership team. This is NOT a generic lead generation role. We need someone who can identify decision makers, engage prospects, qualify opportunities and book high-quality meetings. Responsibilities Prospect Research Identify target companies within the UK Build account lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator Research Managing Directors, CEOs, Operations Directors, IT Managers and Business Owners Outbound Outreach LinkedIn outreach Connection requests Follow-up messaging Email outreach Appointment setting CRM Management Maintain prospect database Update CRM activities Track conversations and engagement Meeting Generation Book meetings with: Manufacturing companies Logistics businesses Packaging companies Material handling & forklift businesses Charities & non-profits Professional services firms Retail & wholesale companies Required Experience Must have: ✅ LinkedIn Sales Navigator ✅ B2B Appointment Setting ✅ SDR / BDR Experience ✅ CRM Experience ✅ Excellent English ✅ Experience targeting UK decision makers Preferred: ERP CRM Microsoft Odoo IT Services Digital Transformation
