We are an education consultancy based in Kuwait, specialising in tutoring, career development, university admissions, exam preparation, and postgraduate support. We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand & UI/UX Designer to create a premium, conversion-focused website that reflects our brand and delivers an exceptional user experience. This is a design-led project. We will provide our existing branding assets, including our logo, colour palette, typography, and brand guidelines. We are looking for a designer who can thoughtfully refine and elevate these assets, then translate them into a premium, modern website experience: not simply create page layouts. While we are open to considering proposals from exceptional designers, we will ultimately select the candidate whose portfolio, creativity, and approach best align with our vision for this project. Website Scope This project is for the website design only. No coding, website development, or full-stack implementation is required. The final website will be built separately using Odoo, so the design should be created with Odoo implementation in mind. The objective of this project is to produce a polished, developer-ready UI/UX design rather than a fully developed website. The design may be created in Figma or another professional UI/UX design tool, provided the final files are well-organised, developer-ready, and suitable for implementation in Odoo. If you intend to use a tool other than Figma, please mention it in your proposal. The booking journey should minimise friction and encourage prospective students and parents to complete their enquiry or booking with confidence. Although these features will ultimately be implemented in Odoo, the design should clearly demonstrate the complete user journey and conversion flow. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: * Has an exceptional UI/UX portfolio. * Has experience designing websites for education, consultancy, or other premium service brands. * Has experience incorporating custom illustrations or modern vector graphics to create engaging, student-centred digital experiences. * Understands UX/UI best practices and conversion-focused design. * Can translate business goals into intuitive user experiences. * Understands the practical considerations of designing for Odoo implementation. * Produces clean, organised, developer-ready design files. * Communicates clearly and collaborates professionally. Deliverables * Complete website design for all five pages. * Responsive desktop and mobile views for all pages * Design system (typography, colours, buttons, spacing, forms, and icons). * Reusable UI components. * Developer-ready design files suitable for implementation in Odoo. * Clickable prototype demonstrating the primary user journeys, including navigation, consultation booking, tutor selection, and the online payment flow.
