Senior Brand Designer & Illustrator (Visual Direction)

We're a fast-growing B2B technology company looking for a senior designer to set the visual direction of our brand and produce the high-craft work that defines it. This is a direction-setting role, not a production one. We have brand foundations in place. What we need is someone with the taste and judgment to decide where the visual brand should go, then create the assets that set the standard for everything else. This is ongoing but light-touch. We're after senior craft and direction, not full-time hours. What you'll do: - Set the visual direction. Decide what the brand should look like and make the case for it - Create custom illustrations (if needed) and high-craft visual assets: hero graphics, illustrative concepts, the polished modern visuals that elevate how we look - Design the reference pieces and visual language that a production designer can then apply at scale - Bring strong points of view on style, composition, and where we should be heading visually What we're looking for: - A standout portfolio with genuine illustration craft. Custom work, not just stock or templated - Real art direction experience.
