Senior Brand Identity Designer for Law Firm

We are an established Australian law firm looking for a highly experienced branding expert to lead a complete brand refresh. Our current logo has been in use for over 8 years, and we're looking to modernise our brand while maintaining a premium, professional, and timeless identity. This is not a project for beginners or template designers. We are looking for someone with extensive experience creating memorable brand identities for professional services, luxury brands, or established businesses. What we need: • A refreshed logo (not just a minor tweak unless you believe that's the right direction) • Complete brand identity direction • Logo variations (horizontal, stacked, icon, monochrome, etc.) • Colour palette • Typography recommendations • Brand guidelines • Slogan exploration (optional). We're open to a logo with or without a slogan if you believe it strengthens the brand. • Files delivered in all required formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, etc.) We are looking for a brand identity that is clean, modern, sophisticated, memorable, and timeless. We prefer simple, distinctive branding that stands out without being overly complex or following short-term design trends. Our existing brand uses teal as its primary colour. We are open to evolving or refining this colour palette, but we'd like you to explore whether teal should remain a key part of the brand or whether there is a stronger direction. Please explain the reasoning behind your colour choices. Requirements: • Expert branding experience preferred • Strong portfolio of branding and logo projects • Experience working with law firms, financial firms, professional services, or premium brands is highly desirable • Ability to explain the thinking behind your design decisions • Excellent communication We are looking for quality and are happy to work with the right designer.
