Senior Brand Strategist: Define & Document Our Complete Brand Strategy

ABOUT: We are a fast-growing mental health education company with 500+ courses and training programs. We are looking for an experienced brand strategist to help us define, document, and execute a complete brand strategy from the ground up. This is a focused project with room for ongoing collaboration if there is a strong fit. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Audit existing brand touchpoints and identify gaps and inconsistencies • Lead brand positioning work: define what we stand for, who we are for, and what sets us apart • Define our brand mission, voice, and core messaging pillars • Develop our brand imagery direction and how it shows up across channels • Create a brand lexicon: our language, terminology, and the phrases we own • Produce a complete brand guide our internal team can execute without you in the room • Map the brand to every major customer touchpoint with specific guidance for each • Recommend a framework for tracking brand effectiveness over time DELIVERABLES: • Brand audit summary with gap analysis • Positioning statement and competitive differentiation document • Brand mission and messaging pillars • Brand voice and imagery guidelines • Brand lexicon and language guide • Full brand guide (PDF or equivalent) • Touchpoint application map • Brand tracking framework with recommended KPIs WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • 5+ years of brand strategy experience, not a designer rebranded as a strategist • Portfolio showing strategy work, not just visual identity • Background in education, healthcare, or subscription businesses is a plus • Able to lead strategy and produce written deliverables independently • Clear communicator who can turn brand thinking into practical execution • Available for async collaboration via Slack and scheduled video check-ins TO APPLY: Please answer the following in your proposal: 1.
