Our Bubble.io app is ~60% built and cleanly documented, with a structured handoff from the previous developer already in hand. We're looking for a senior Bubble engineer to complete the remaining milestones and bring it to launch. The standout challenge: an algorithmic budget-allocation engine ("Founder Fund") that must run lean on Bubble's Workload Unit model — backend/recursive, not client-side loops. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Complete ~8 components on an existing Bubble app (signup flows, a 5-tab admin dashboard, the Founder Fund algorithm, a privacy popup + quick-exit, light KYC fields, partner self-signup, donor messaging + review queue) - Build the Founder Fund budget logic as backend/recursive workflows with database aggregation (WU-efficient) - Map existing Stripe/Twilio webhooks before changing anything (read-only audit) so the working 60% stays intact - Work on isolated feature branches; demo each feature via Loom before merging - Deliver a short integration/handoff doc at completion WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Bubble.io expert, 3+ years; New Responsive Engine (Flexbox), workflows, database, conditional logic - Workload Unit (WU) optimization — backend/recursive workflows, DB aggregation (non-negotiable; one component is algorithmic) - Multi-tab, role-filtered admin dashboard experience (production examples) - Bubble privacy rules (field-level, role-based) for sensitive data - Stripe + Twilio plugin familiarity; able to read existing webhooks - Comfortable completing another developer's documented codebase without rebuilding - English: conversational+ written PROJECT DETAILS - Duration: 5-7 weeks - Scope: ~48-79 hours - Experience level: Expert - Hourly, ~$2.5-3.5K expected, $4,000 hard cap - Full spec shared under NDA after shortlisting - Paid trial ($100 fixed, ~4-6 hrs) before full commitment - On successful completion: optional 30-day support retainer (performance monitoring + live-bug patching) TO APPLY — answer all four in your proposal: 1.
