Senior Business Development / Deal Origination Partner – Middle Market

Azurant is seeking an experienced business development and client origination professional to help build relationships with owners and senior executives of privately held middle-market companies. We provide executive-level strategic advisory services to business owners and management teams, including growth strategy, transaction preparation, strategic planning, ownership and succession matters, and other significant business initiatives. We are looking for someone who can identify and open doors to prospective clients, develop relationships with business owners and executives, and create qualified opportunities for senior-level advisory engagements. Existing relationships with business owners, private equity firms, family offices, investment bankers, lenders, attorneys, CPAs, or other professional referral sources are particularly valuable. This is not a telemarketing or high-volume lead-generation assignment. We are looking for an experienced professional who understands how to develop credible relationships with business decision-makers. The initial engagement will be structured as an independent contract assignment, with the potential to develop into a significant ongoing relationship based on results.
