**Senior CPA / Partnership Tax Professional – Form 1065** We are seeking an experienced CPA or senior tax professional to prepare a Form 1065 partnership tax return for a healthcare organization with approximately 25 partners. This engagement requires strong technical expertise in partnership taxation, including partner capital accounts, tax basis tracking, Schedule K-1 allocations, and year-end tax adjustments. The accounting is generally straightforward but includes healthcare-specific revenue adjustments (contractual allowances), standard operating expenses, and occasional inventory and book-to-tax adjustments. Responsibilities include reviewing the accounting records, preparing any necessary tax adjusting journal entries, completing the Form 1065 and Schedule K-1s, and ensuring partner capital and basis schedules are accurate and properly maintained. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with complex partnership returns, advanced partnership accounting, and can work independently with minimal supervision. CPA preferred. Healthcare experience is a plus.
