About the Project We're launching a new subscription-based, gamified writing platform for kids ages 8–13. We're looking for an exceptional Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategist who also has outstanding UX/UI and visual design skills. We're looking for someone who combines deep analytical thinking with world-class landing page design to build a landing page that maximizes free trial signups. You should be equally comfortable analyzing customer psychology, identifying conversion bottlenecks, redesigning page layouts, improving copy hierarchy, and creating beautiful visual experiences. Who You Understand Our customers include parents such as: Homeschool families Parents investing in academic enrichment Families who value writing, reading, and communication skills Parents seeking educational advantages for their children Parents who want their children to become stronger writers and confident communicators You understand how parents evaluate educational products, what motivates them to purchase, and the concerns they need addressed before committing to a subscription. What You'll Do Working directly with the founder, you'll: CRO Analysis Perform a complete conversion audit of our landing page. Identify friction points preventing visitors from signing up. Analyze messaging hierarchy and information architecture. Evaluate calls-to-action. Improve trust and credibility throughout the page. Recommend improvements based on customer psychology and conversion best practices. Develop hypotheses for increasing free trial conversion rates. UX/UI & Landing Page Design Redesign landing page sections where needed. Improve overall page flow and user experience. Create a modern, premium visual design. Improve mobile responsiveness. Design high-converting calls-to-action. Recommend imagery, iconography, and page structure. Creative Assets Create beautiful static assets including: Hero graphics Feature illustrations Custom icons Comparison graphics Testimonial layouts Section graphics Call-to-action graphics Other supporting visual assets What Success Looks Like Your work should increase: Free trial signups Landing page conversion rate Parent trust Visitor engagement Time on page Click-through rates Every recommendation should be backed by customer psychology, UX principles, or conversion best practices.
