Senior Catalog & AI Product Designer (Long-Term)

Promo Vista is a European brand activation and promotional products company. We create premium branded merchandise, POS materials, outdoor branding and retail activation solutions for leading beverage, retail, hospitality and event brands across Europe. We're building a modern product library and are looking for a talented designer who combines traditional graphic design with AI image generation to create premium sales materials. This is not a one-time project. We're looking for someone who can become a long-term member of our creative team. What You'll Do You'll help us build beautiful, premium marketing materials including: Product catalogs Product brochures Product pages Sales presentations Sales sheets AI-generated lifestyle photography Product mockups Image editing and retouching You'll receive product specifications, branding guidelines and supplier assets. When information is missing, we expect you to proactively collect it yourself by contacting suppliers or working with our sourcing and operations teams. This role is about owning the complete product content process, not just designing layouts. You don't wait for assets—you take ownership and find solutions. First Project Brief Objective Create two premium Promo Vista product catalogs inspired by the attached reference catalog. Important: Use the attached catalog only as inspiration for the structure and layout. Do not copy the design. The final result must match the Promo Vista brand identity. Catalog 1 – Outdoor Branding Collection Products: Beach Chairs (Standard & XL) Umbrellas / Parasols Beach Flags Bean Bags Pillows Ice Buckets Design Requirements Create a reusable catalog system including: Premium cover page Introduction page Table of contents Category overview pages Individual product pages Product specification blocks Branding option sections Materials section Feature icons White background product renders AI-generated lifestyle photography where photography is unavailable The template should be reusable for hundreds of future products. Product Pages Should Include For every product: Hero product image Lifestyle image Product description Product specifications Available sizes Branding locations Branding methods Materials Colour options Key features MOQ Lead time Packaging information (when available) Deliverable 1 Create the first draft including: Cover page Introduction page One overview page One complete product page Overall visual style for the catalog Task 2 – Product Specification Collection Collect all standard product information for every catalog product. For each product provide: Product name Available sizes Materials Branding methods Branding locations Standard colours MOQ Lead time Packaging information Available accessories White background product images Lifestyle images (if available) If information or imagery is missing, you are expected to contact suppliers directly to request it and follow up until the required assets are complete. Deliverable 2 Provide everything in one structured Excel file using the same format for every product. We want someone who can independently: Contact suppliers for missing images, specifications and dimensions. Organize and maintain our product asset library. Transform supplier files into premium Promo Vista branded materials. Create realistic AI-generated lifestyle photography when needed. Improve low-quality supplier images using AI and Photoshop. Keep projects moving without constant supervision. Work closely with our sourcing and operations teams to gather missing information.
