Senior Certified Project Manager – Financial Services / Banking (SaaS & Process Improvement)

Project Management Network (PMN) is hiring a senior certified project manager with financial services experience to support client engagements at banks, PE firms, asset management firms, fintechs, and financial services organizations. This is contract work delivered under PMN's strategic oversight, supporting our growing book of financial services clients. We need a senior operator and someone who's run real programs in regulated financial environments. The right candidate brings both PM rigor and the substantive skills (SaaS implementation, process improvement, requirements work, data) that financial services programs require. The work: Run day-to-day program execution for financial services client engagements Lead SaaS implementation programs across business, technology, and operations stakeholders Drive process improvement initiatives, including current-state mapping and future-state design Conduct requirements gathering and documentation for complex business and technical programs Manage data-related programs (data migrations, integrations, governance initiatives) Provide weekly status reporting to PMN leadership and client stakeholders Operate within PMN's delivery methodology Required experience: 8+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 4 years in financial services or banking Active PMP certification (required) — additional certifications welcomed (PMI-ACP, CSM, PgMP, Six Sigma) Demonstrated experience leading SaaS implementation programs (Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or comparable) Strong process improvement background Requirements gathering experience for both business and technical programs (BRDs, FRDs, user stories) Experience with data-focused programs (data migrations, integrations, master data management, or governance) Comfort managing stakeholders at director and VP level US-based with strong written and verbal communication Strongly preferred: Regulatory program experience Experience with financial services platforms (core banking systems, trading platforms, wealth management tools, payment systems) Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies Prior consulting, fractional, or independent contractor experience Experience operating under another firm's delivery methodology
