Senior Cisco Meraki Architect

We are a Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based provider of cloud infrastructure and managed services with 19+ years in business seeking a highly experienced Cisco Meraki expert to support a multi-site enterprise environment. What We Need We are looking for a senior-level Meraki architect who can review designs, validate migration strategies, troubleshoot issues, and act as a trusted infrastructure advisor. For now, this will be on an as-needed consulting engagement. We anticipate utilizing the consultant's expertise as needed for architecture reviews, migration activities, and troubleshooting. The engagement may evolve into a longer-term relationship based on project needs and performance. Environment Overview • 60+ remote locations connected through Cisco Meraki • Dual Meraki MX100 appliances in High Availability • Hub-and-spoke VPN architecture • Corporate office transitioning to spoke model • Colocation facility becoming primary network hub Responsibilities • Review and validate Meraki architecture and best practices • Assess VPN routing, VLAN segmentation and WAN failover • Support migration to a colocation facility • Troubleshoot networking issues if needed • Provide strategic recommendations and operational guidance • Participate in planning and validation of migration to a colocation facility • Participate in architecture reviews and migration planning sessions Required Experience • Cisco Meraki MX, AutoVPN and Site-to-Site VPN • Enterprise routing and switching • VLAN design and network segmentation • WAN failover and high availability • Meraki Dashboard administration
