We are looking for an exceptional A-player to become the operational backbone of our agency. This role is perfect for someone who understands digital marketing, loves solving problems, enjoys communicating with high-level business owners, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring our specialists consistently deliver world-class work. Your role is to keep projects moving, maintain client confidence, and act as the bridge between our clients and internal team. Responsibilities Manage client communication via WhatsApp, email, and meetings Coordinate Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Funnel, Design, and Copy teams Manage projects through ClickUp and ensure deadlines are met Provide clients with updates, insights, and strategic recommendations Identify bottlenecks and solve problems before they impact delivery Maintain exceptional client satisfaction and retention Ensure every project is delivered to a premium standard Requirements Strong agency experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Funnels, GoHighLevel, Tracking, CRM systems, AI tools, and digital marketing Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Able to make decisions without constant supervision Comfortable communicating with founders, CEOs, executives, and established brands Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Who This Role Is For This role is for someone who loves being part of a high-performing team and takes pride in delivering exceptional work.
