Senior ColdFusion Developer – Custom PDF Modification Module & AWS S3 Integration

We are looking for an experienced ColdFusion developer to build a custom PDF modification module for an existing ColdFusion web application. Project Overview We need a solution that can modify existing PDF documents from within our ColdFusion application and store the final documents in AWS S3 according to our document management policies. Responsibilities Design and develop a PDF modification module for ColdFusion Load existing PDF files and modify them programmatically Insert, update, or remove text and content within PDFs Add overlays, stamps, signatures, watermarks, form field updates, and other PDF elements as required Merge and split PDF documents when needed Generate final PDF output while preserving formatting and quality Upload and manage modified PDFs in AWS S3 Implement proper error handling, logging, and security controls Integrate seamlessly with the existing ColdFusion application Required Skills Strong Adobe ColdFusion (CFML) development experience Proven experience building PDF processing or PDF editing solutions Experience with PDF libraries such as iText, PDFBox, Adobe PDF Services, or similar technologies AWS S3 integration experience Experience with REST APIs and third-party document processing services Ability to design scalable and maintainable application modules Important Please apply only if you have previously developed PDF editing/modification functionality. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience modifying existing PDFs, not just generating PDFs from HTML.
