Senior Commission-Only Recruiter — Malaysia (High Volume, High Earnings)

We're scaling field sales across Malaysia and need an experienced recruiter — not a beginner. TARGET: Help us onboard up to 32 sales reps who each reach 12 sales within 90 days. EARNING POTENTIAL: Up to RM 16,000 (RM 500 per successful rep at full milestone). HOW YOU EARN (RM): • RM 40 when your candidate makes their 1st sale • RM 60 when they hit their 4th sale • RM 400 when they hit their 12th sale • Total: RM 500 per successful sales rep Example: 32 reps at full milestone = RM 16,000 WHO THIS IS FOR (strict): • You have placed commission-only / field sales reps before (not office jobs) • You can show proof: platforms used, volume placed, or recent results • You know Malaysia talent channels (Facebook groups, WhatsApp, JobStreet, Maukerja, Telegram, etc.) • You can commit 6+ hours daily for the next 90 days • You can deliver 3–5 quality shortlists per day after onboarding NOT FOR: • First-time recruiters • CV-only / admin recruiters • Anyone who needs a fixed salary PROCESS: Apply → 15-min screen → start same day if selected → you post, screen, shortlist → we approve final hires To apply, send: 1.
